The Nylon Leather Sandwich Beltings are manufactured in nylon leather construction and are readily available in a various range of nylon thicknesses to carry varying loads per unit of the belt. Laminated with Leather (L), Textile (T) Elastomer Coating (G) on one or both sides of the oriented Nylon. The super-tensile strength is 4700 Kgs/Sq. Cm) of the nylon enable high efficiency belts to carry a much higher load than multi ply canvas belts.

These Nylon Leather Sandwich belts will often be 30-50% narrower than the corresponding canvas or V-belts resulting 50% narrower pulley widths. Besides Nylon Leather Sandwich construction, this belting is manufactured in a wide variety of perlon, Nylon Fabric and other synthetic fabrics banded to the Nylon Core, and complicated being is also manufactured as per customer’s specifications.

Our Nylon Drop stamp Belting is made from 100% high tenacity multifilament Nylon Yarn in the warp and best quality 16s Cotton Yarn in the weft and binder. The result is a belt that will withstand the shock-loaded strain during operation.

The belting can also be made with a special cotton pile face on both sides of the belt specially treated with heat resisting silicon compound.
