• M-24 Grade Rubber conveyor Beltings & Rubber Elevator Beltings::
  Conforming to IS-1891 (Part-1) 1978 for handling materials at mines, Steel Plants, Coal Mines, Cement Plant.
• N-17 Grade Rubber conveyor Beltings & Rubber Elevator Beltings::
  Conforming to IS-1891 (Part-1) 1978 for handling powdered materials, light materials, sand, wood chips etc.
• Heat Resistant Grade Rubber conveyor Beltings & Rubber Elevator Beltings:::
  Conforming to IS-1891 (Part-II) 1978 and is recommended
  handling materials upto 110°C for fire and 120°C for coar
• Oil Resistant Grade Rubber conveyor Beltings & Rubber Elevator Beltings::
  Conforming to IS-1891 (Part-III) and suitable for conveying
  materials where oil and grease is present.

  •  Carcass :: Cotton Duck used are Cotton/Nylon or 100% Nylon Fabrics for
    1. Rubber Conveyor Belts : from 28,32, 34, 42 & 48 oz
    2. Rubber Elevator belts : 31 & 34 oz
       
  •  Plies : We offer our Belting in any number of straight ply. Stepped ply or reversed stepped ply Construction. Further, the rubber belts are available with Breaker stress between the belt cover and plies as per customer’s requirement to provide extra bond between the belt cover and plies. We can also offer Skim coated Belts where a thin layer of special rubber compound is applied between a plies for greater flexibility and improved ply addition.
    
• Cover :: The rubber top covers of the beltings are compounded to protect the belt cover from abration, impact, oil, heat or other injurious action of the material be conveyed. The cover thickness are available from 1 to 12m and the belts are available in four grades of rubber cover.
